Professional Development Coaching Package

Everyone deserves a career that is fulfilling and stimulating, while also balancing with their personal lives. However, at certain points in our careers, it is necessary to reflect and reappraise. Do any of the following situations sound familiar? 

  • You have experienced a change in perspective of what’s important to you.
  • You are struggling to balance work and family commitments.
  • You have taken on a more leadership style role or are working towards this.
  • You are looking towards the next stage of your career and considering where it might lead.

If any of these situations apply to you, a coaching programme can help clarify your goals and assist you in achieving them. This programme consists of 5 sessions approximately 90 minutes each, with sessions scheduled every 2-3 weeks.

  1. Exploring your overall goals (work/personal) and highlighting the most important ones to you.

What are your long and short term goals? Do you regularly set and achieve them? Reflection and goal setting, combined with action planning and accountability, have been shown to increase engagement at work and enhance well-being.

  1. Working towards specific goal(s) 

What would it look / feel like if you achieved this goal? What obstacles such as self-inhibiting belief’s or confidence issues are preventing you achieving them, and how to we move forward? What options do you have, and how best can you be accountable to achieve your goal(s)

  1. Establishing values and how these can help guide your decision making.    

What are your core values? Do you use your values in decision making? Our values set the purpose and direction of our lives, and they are key to enabling us make those difficult decisions. Being aware of your values and how these may be challenged can be empowering in both your professional and personal life.

  1. Realising strengths and how best to utilise them in your work and personal life

We can all list our areas for development, but do you know your true strengths? Using your strengths everyday increases motivation, engagement and performance, whilst enhancing well-being. Applying our strengths to facilitate achievement of goals is a win-win all round.

(This may involve completion of the VIA or Clifton Strengths psychometric tests)

  1. Moving forward with new self-awareness

With this new knowledge and self-awareness, how can you move forward with your own reflection, goal setting and action-planning to enable you to achieve fulfilment in both work and personal life in the future?
