Everyone deserves a career that is fulfilling and stimulating, while also balancing with their personal lives. However, at certain points in our careers, it is necessary to reflect and reappraise. Do any of the following situations sound familiar?
- You have experienced a change in perspective of what’s important to you.
- You are struggling to balance work and family commitments.
- You have taken on a more leadership style role or are working towards this.
- You are looking towards the next stage of your career and considering where it might lead.
If any of these situations apply to you, a coaching programme can help clarify your goals and assist you in achieving them. This programme consists of 5 sessions approximately 90 minutes each, with sessions scheduled every 2-3 weeks.
