I have more than 30 years of experience in dentistry, working as a specialist clinician and academic, and most recently as a Senior Clinical Lecturer. Consequently, I have a good understanding of the opportunities and challenges involved in working in both small teams and large institutions. Furthermore, I appreciate the benefits of learning and development for personal growth and well-being. In addition, I have extensive experience in senior leadership positions and can provide both performance and career developmental coaching.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I earned my coaching qualification from the University of Cambridge, which has an accredited training program recognized by the Association for Coaching. Furthermore, I am a member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council, follow the Global Code of Ethics for Coaches and ensure complete confidentiality. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

My background as a dentist, university senior lecturer, and working mother has enabled me to navigate the demands of a high-pressure work environment while balancing a busy personal life. I have extensive experience mentoring and coaching and am dedicated to assisting others in realizing their full potential and finding fulfillment through their careers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

My coaching is grounded in my fundamental values of learning, accountability, trustworthiness, honesty, and empowerment. Throughout the coaching sessions, we will investigate your objectives, enhance your abilities and self-belief, and concentrate on how you can attain what is most significant in your life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
